Velo A1 — Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Velo A1. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process outlined below.
14-Day Return Window
You may return your Velo A1 within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The watch must be in undamaged condition — no cracks, scratches, or physical damage
• All original accessories, charging cables, and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the 14-day window:
• Email us at support@velowatch.co with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label
• Ship the item back using the provided label within 5 days of receiving it
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items with physical damage caused by the customer
• Items missing original accessories or packaging
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at chilton9090@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, regardless of the 14-day window.
